Our Story
Our restaurant reflects the culinary evolution of a Tibetan family shaped by migration and tradition. Combining my father’s professional experience across Indian, Tibetan, and Flemish cuisines with my mother’s authentic recipes inherited from her family, our menu represents a journey from Tibet to Bhutan, India, and ultimately Belgium. With years of experiences in hospitality, we offer dishes that are both personal and historical each one telling the story of heritage, adaptation, and passion for food.
